1. Who we are
StrionPRO and Kadenz are operated by 5kultra ("we", "us"). You enter into the subscription agreement with 5kultra. You can reach us at {{ mailAddr }}.
2. What the subscription covers
One subscription gives you access to StrionPRO (season planning, session structuring, analysis, gear tracking and race documents) and Kadenz (indoor cycling on a smart trainer), plus the Gait app where available.
The subscription is personal. You may not share your login or resell access. We continue to develop the platform, and features may change. Features marked "coming" or "planned" are not part of what you buy until they are released.
3. Prices and payment
The price is the one shown at checkout, including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
The monthly subscription is charged in advance at the start of each month. The annual subscription is charged in advance for the full 12 months, at purchase and at each renewal. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access until it is resolved.
4. Monthly subscription
The monthly subscription runs until you cancel it. The notice period is the current month plus one month. You keep full access and are charged for both months, and the subscription ends at the end of the notice month.
EXAMPLEIf you cancel on 10 March, the subscription runs to 30 April. You pay for March and April, and nothing after that.
5. Annual subscription
The annual subscription runs for 12 months from the purchase date. It cannot be ended early, and the prepaid year is not refunded if you stop using the service.
The subscription renews automatically for a new 12-month period unless you cancel it no later than one month plus the current month before it expires. In practice, you must cancel before the start of the last full month of your subscription year. We will send you a reminder before the cancellation deadline.
EXAMPLEYour subscription year runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. To stop it renewing, cancel by 31 August 2027. If you cancel later, a new year starts on 1 October 2027 and is charged in full.
6. How to cancel
Cancel under Account → Subscription in StrionPRO, or email {{ mailAddr }}. Your cancellation counts from the day we receive it, and we will confirm it by email with the date your subscription ends.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Because access begins immediately, you agree at checkout that the service starts right away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay for the period you have used, and the rest is refunded. To withdraw, email {{ mailAddr }}.
8. Price changes
We may change our prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email. For the monthly subscription, a new price applies from the first month after the notice period. For the annual subscription, a new price applies from the next renewal. You can always cancel within the normal notice periods before a price change takes effect.
9. Your data
The training data from sessions you have completed is yours. This means the recorded data from each workout, such as power, heart rate, cadence, distance and duration.
Season plans, phase structures, training plans and workout structures created in StrionPRO and Kadenz are part of the service provided. You may use them while your subscription is active.
Your training data is not available for self-service export. Email {{ mailAddr }} and we will send you a copy. After your subscription ends, we keep your account for 90 days so you can resubscribe without losing anything. After that, the data is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Liability and health
StrionPRO and Kadenz are training tools, not medical advice. Train within your own limits and consult a doctor if you are unsure. We aim for stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current subscription period, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
11. Complaints and governing law
Contact us first at {{ mailAddr }}. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaints (Nævnenes Hus) or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform. These terms are governed by Danish law.
