ANALYZE YOUR DATA · PLAN YOUR SEASON · EXECUTE YOUR TRAINING
From season plan to race day. One closed loop.
Plan the season and structure every session in Strion. Kadenz executes it on your trainer and writes the data straight back, so you can adapt the plan. Gait runs your structured run sessions — interval by interval — and carries your documents and start pass on race day. One system, one number — nothing typed twice.
plan→session→ride→adapt→race day↺
Opening to a limited group before the 2027 season. One email when your spot is ready. Nothing else.
Tired of having your training data spread across three different systems?
One system holds the season plan and analyses the sessions you've done. Another one runs the workout on the trainer. A third does the maths afterwards. Three subscriptions, three places to type the same FTP — and when you move a session, it moves in one of them.
THE PLAN
Lives in one tool. Knows nothing about how yesterday's session actually went.
FTP typed here: 295 W
THE SESSION
Runs in another. The workout was rebuilt by hand and drifts from the plan.
FTP typed again: 290 W?
THE MATHS
Happens in a third, after the fact. Nothing feeds back into next week.
FTP typed a third time…
It doesn't have to. Strion and Kadenz are one system the whole way round — Strion holds the plan, Kadenz rides it on your trainer, and the data lands straight back. Every interval is stored as a percentage of your threshold, not as watts. Change your FTP and every watt target in the season follows — in the plan and on the trainer. Automatically.
ONE CLOSED LOOP · EIGHT STEPS
The plan runs all the way round — and comes back as data.
Strion, Kadenz and Gait aren't three apps with an integration between them — they live in the same universe, on the same data. The phase sets the week, the week sets today's session, the session runs on your trainer or on your run, and the result lands back in the plan the moment you finish. Follow the loop:

Strongly polarised week — the main weight sits at low intensity (Z1–Z2).
Same FTP — 295 W — end to end. You type nothing.

Pick your A race.
Everything else falls in behind it.
Set the date and lay out the phases behind it — base, build, peak, taper — from where you actually start, not where a template assumes you are. When life moves, the CTL projection to race day recalculates on the spot.
You build the plan — phase by phase, or all at once. Or copy last season's plan and build this year's on top of it — the phases re-anchor to the new race dates. And if you've worked the season through with your own AI, import it as JSON and it lands fully structured: phases, weekly targets, ready to run.

The resistance follows.
Today's bike session from Strion sits at the top. Kadenz drives your trainer through every interval over FTMS — watt targets computed from your current FTP, so 105 % means the same thing today as it will in ten weeks.
If the day calls for something else, 500+ structured sessions are ready, from recovery to VO2max. And the session needs no wi-fi to run — Kadenz drives the trainer locally over Bluetooth, so it keeps going even if the network drops. Better stability, and you can sit in your pain cave without worrying that the workout stops. It all syncs when you're back online.

One subscription. All three.
Strion, Kadenz and Gait are one subscription. They can't be bought separately — they aren't three systems, they're one platform running on three clients.
One subscription replaces the planning platform, the trainer app and the analysis tool — not stacked on top of them.
All prices incl. VAT.
